THE DRAINAGE BELT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT COMPONENT OF EVERY FILTRATION PLANT.
Every single belt is designed and manufactured to meet all the requirements related to the specific process.

The FILTERBELT is realized with a particular structure leaving a free carcass zone in the drilling area to avoid any contamination of the carcass during the operation of the belt.

The DISKBELT is a containing belt used in particular filter systems called table filters.

The PRESSBELT is a sort of squeezing belt used in drum filters.

Filterbelt

The drainage belt is the most important component of every Horizontal Belt Filter. Every single belt is designed and tailored to meet all the requirements related to the plant production process. The belt is continuously rotating on the frame supporting a filter cloth. The liquid is separated leaving the dried cake on the cloth passing through the cloth and through the drainage holes in the center of the belt using a vacuum box system.

Endless rubber containing belt for flat rotating table filters. The vacuum table filter is mainly used in dehydrate and hemihydrate processes of filtration for phosphoric acid production. The filter is formed by a certain number of fixed cells connected to a stationary valve that controls the suction and pressure zones. Each cell has a sloping bottom and is separated from the others by a rubber radial barrier. A variable pitch screw transports the material radially to the discharge zone. The rubber belt is rotating as a containing barrier around the frame.

Squeezing Rubber belt for rotary drum filters. Rotary drum filters are used in different applications as solid/liquid separation. The machinery consists of a large rotating drum divided into circumferential sectors. Each sector forms a separate vacuum cell with internal piping connecting to a port on the end of the trunnion that supports the drum. The belt is squeezing the slurry on the filtering drum increasing the efficiency of the system.

Wearbelts

The wearbelts are sealing the vacuum box to the rubber belt. Being a wearing part it is mandatory to ensure a proper maintenance in order to grant the vacuum performance and to preserve the life of the main drainage belt.

The Curbs are solid rubber profiles sustaining the filter cloth on the belt edges. They are designed considering the slurry height.

WARRANTY
Terms and notes regarding warranty on Products supplied by WIN WIN SRL.
Win Win srl assumes directly the warrantee for the following: Products offered are new, unused and shall be free from performance defects in material, design, quality and workmanship, and conform and function in accordance with requirements and specification discussed at the moment of the offer – warranty validity 1 year from delivery.
Win Win srl does not assume any warrantee for the following cases: In case of the running process parameters would be different from the ranges of the same parameters referred at the order arrival. The evidence of one or more of those parameters out of range referred, being the same beyond our control, and the proof that the defect is strictly related to the variation of the parameters will make immediately any warrantee to expire. The traceability, in form of written documentation, of process parameters monitoring versus running time would be asked in case of any claims.
The case of use of defoamer - anti scaling agent or any other chemical product not specified as components of the slurry/washing stages makes any warrantee to expire. Defects in the conveyor system (IE bad frame alignment, pulleys manufacturing, bad vacuum deck alignment, inefficiency of lubrication system, absence of belt washing water nozzle bar….).
Damages to the belt caused by accidental injury (mechanical, chemical, thermal). Normal wear. Inappropriate and not written documented (frequency and lists of” to do things”) maintenance /cleaning
In the event that a warranty claim is made, no new warranty period commences; in this case, the original warranty period applies, calculated from the original date of delivery and extended for a period equal to the time in which the belt or the system was not operable.
All the costs related to the inspection in case that the claim is not covered by warrantee will be charged at the pure cost + 5% administration costs to the customer.
No claims on production losses are accepted. No claims related to dismantling and re-installing time costs are accepted.
The customer is not released from the obligation of testing the suitability of the product for his purpose.
