Equipped Laboratory and Expert
technical Crew available for all Our Customers

BeltTS is always offering a pre-sales and after sales assistance making the internal laboratory and all the technical staff available to all our customers.

In Our Laboratory it is possible to perform any sort of mechanical test in order to check materials and performances.

We are also able to prove some samples for on-site tests helpful to define the selection of the proper material in case of aggressive or particular chemical processes.

A technical crew is available to travel all over the world to support our customers in case of particular installation especially in case of big belts for solid liquid separation plant.

ON SITE ASSISTANCE
We are supporting our customers in the most critical steps of the installation:

• splicing a new belt (by hot or by cold bonding);
• centering and tracking the belt;
• drilling drainage holes;
• application of curbs;
• final tracking and stabilization of the belt.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

Designing and prototyping
Thanks to simulating software, our technical department is able to simulate and propose mold design as to fit new products needs and as well complicate mechanical component design.

R&D and lab test
To check best material and to select the proper compound our Laboratory is equipped with many instruments and machineries among them we have:

• Dynamometer for tensile test, tear resistance, elastic modulus, elongation at Break

• Oven for accelerating ageing test (Rubber and Belt Carcass)

• Abrasimeter

• Specific weigth

• viscometer and rheometer to check rheological and viscoelastic properties in rubber compound.
