WARRANTY
Terms and notes regarding warranty on Products supplied by WIN WIN SRL.
Win Win srl assumes directly the warrantee for the following: Products offered are new, unused and shall be free from performance defects in material, design, quality and workmanship, and conform and function in accordance with requirements and specification discussed at the moment of the offer – warranty validity 1 year from delivery.
Win Win srl does not assume any warrantee for the following cases: In case of the running process parameters would be different from the ranges of the same parameters referred at the order arrival. The evidence of one or more of those parameters out of range referred, being the same beyond our control, and the proof that the defect is strictly related to the variation of the parameters will make immediately any warrantee to expire. The traceability, in form of written documentation, of process parameters monitoring versus running time would be asked in case of any claims.
The case of use of defoamer - anti scaling agent or any other chemical product not specified as components of the slurry/washing stages makes any warrantee to expire. Defects in the conveyor system (IE bad frame alignment, pulleys manufacturing, bad vacuum deck alignment, inefficiency of lubrication system, absence of belt washing water nozzle bar….).
Damages to the belt caused by accidental injury (mechanical, chemical, thermal). Normal wear. Inappropriate and not written documented (frequency and lists of” to do things”) maintenance /cleaning
In the event that a warranty claim is made, no new warranty period commences; in this case, the original warranty period applies, calculated from the original date of delivery and extended for a period equal to the time in which the belt or the system was not operable.
All the costs related to the inspection in case that the claim is not covered by warrantee will be charged at the pure cost + 5% administration costs to the customer.
No claims on production losses are accepted. No claims related to dismantling and re-installing time costs are accepted.
The customer is not released from the obligation of testing the suitability of the product for his purpose.
