Customize

Customer satisfaction is the main goal that BeltTS is pursuing, providing the experience and flexibility of a successful team in the production of truly endless belts and filtration belts.

A constant focus on Quality has facilitated the development of a flexible and dynamic organization, able to provide customized solutions according to each customer's needs. In partnership with our customers we design and produce rubber belts products, exceeding every expectation.

As an overview of the various dimensions of rubber belts supplied, here are some examples of maximum and minimum dimensions:

  • Widest belt up to 5500 mm – Narrowest belt up to 12 mm
  • Longest belt up to 250 m – shortest belt up to 200 mm
  • Thicker belt up to 70 mm – thinner belt up to 2 mm
  • Heaviest belt up to 18 tons – Lightest belt up to 170 grams

Our belts are designed for a wide variety of working conditions:

Maximum temperature in use: +250°C            Minimum temperature in use: -50°C
Maximum acidity: 0.1 PH                                 Maximum alkalinity (PH 14)

  • Materials

    Rubber Compounds

The wide range of recipes, based on both natural and synthetic rubbers, is made to suit specific requirements of various fields of application.

The following elastomers are used for both black and coloured compounds:

    • Natural Rubber (NR)
    • Styrene-Butadiene Rubber (SBR)
    • Polybutadiene (BR)
    • Nitrile Rubber (NBR)
    • Polychloroprene (CR)
    • Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene  (CSM)
    • Butyl, Chlorobutyl, Bromobutyl Rubber (IIR, CIIR and BIIR)
    • Ethylene-Propylene Rubber (EPM and EPDM)
    • Silicone Rubber (Q)

This variety of polymers additivated with adequate ingredients (reinforcing fillers, plasticizers, antiaging and curing agents …) allows to obtain a wide range of compounds with different physical and mechanical features and optimal level of resistance to external ( thermal, chemical and mechanical…) agents.

We pay particular attention to adhesion between rubber and textile or metallic reinforcements. A conveyor belt is a composite structure which has to maintain its integrity over time even after continuous stresses produced during the working process.

Our single recipes are approved for FDA,

    Reinforcement Materials

The elastomeric component is very important for the interaction with environment and conveyed materials but does not have the stiffness needed to resist to lengthwise and transversal stresses imposed on the belt during working process.

For this reason the belt needs a reinforcement structure composed by fabrics and/or various types of cords.

Fabrics ensure both transversal (weft) and lengthwise (warp) reinforcement whereas cords reinforce the structure only lengthwise and allow, if spirally wounded in a tubular structure,  to manufacture endless carcasses without joints.

Reinforcement materials are classified according to their chemical composition and their dimensional and structural features and are developed to obtain a wide range of modulus, breaking strengths and elongation at break.

Fabrics we normally use are composed as follows:

    • Poliestere
    • Polyamide
    • Cotton
    • Fiberglass
    • Aramide
    • Polyvinyl alcohol
    • Metal

Our rubber technology and textile structures specialized knowledge allows us to find solutions that suit specific requirements in a wide range of application fields.

  • Technical service & Assistance

BeltTs provides a high level pre & after-sales technical support, executed by highly qualified and experienced technician, with the purpose of maintaining high customer satisfaction. Relationship between the Company and its Customers begins with product engineering at the request of quotation stage, it doesn’t stop with purchasing but goes on then with a complete technical support.

BeltTS technical staff is able to travel worldwide within a reasonable advance request.

Referring to the last year BeltTS technicians have travelled all the 5 continents North and South, from on field presence in the remote region of Mozambique or participating  to business meetings in the skyline of Dubai.
